Mark was Initiated into South Down Lodge, L1797 in 2005 and since that time has become a member of L4104 Old Brightonian Lodge, L3672 Sussex Masters Lodge, L8195 Sussex Provincial Grand Stewards Lodge, L 9414 Sir Leonard Barford and L9990 Rugby Lodge of Sussex. He is an Honorary Member of L9846 David Llewellyn, L10034 Railway Lodge and L10041 East Sussex Services Lodge.
He was Secretary of South Down Lodge for 9 years and was appointed Provincial Grand Steward in 2018 followed by Past Provincial Senior Grand Deacon in 2019 and Provincial Deputy Membership Officer. In 2022 he was appointed as Provincial Grand Secretary.
Mark has been Worshipful Master of his Mother Lodge South Down in 2012, Old Brightonian Lodge in 2016 and Rugby Lodge of Sussex in 2024.
In 2023 he was appointed by the MW Grand Master as Past Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies.
Mark has been on various Provincial committees which include the Fundraising Committee and has managed the Provincial Lottery since its inception.
In the Royal Arch he is a member of South Down Chapter and was appointed PPrAGSoj in 2022.
Mark was a keen Rugby player in his younger years as is proud to have been the Founding Secretary of the Rugby Lodge of Sussex.
When he has spare time Mark enjoys golf and has a single figure handicap, Mark was Captain of the Sussex Masonic Golf Association in 2014, and continues to play at every opportunity.
Mark lives in Hassocks and current works in Crawley as an Operations Director for a company that supplies and services multifunctional photocopier, Printers and Managed Print
